Fresh frozen seafood delivered to your door!

Here is how it all works

The last day for sending deliveries to arrive before Xmas is Wednesday 20th December to arrive on Thursday 21st December, so we need your order by midday Wednesday 20th at the latest. No orders for pre-Xmas delivery will be accepted after this time. We are closed 22nd - 27th. when there will be no deliveries on these days. We are open 28th & 29th December when collections will be available on both these days and deliveries will be made on 29th December. Deliveries will then recommence on 3rd Jan.

We pack our fish either in insulated poly boxes or woolcool pouches surrounded by ice packs to ensure that the products remain frozen and arrive to you in perfect condition. The boxes are sealed in cling wrap so the total process is both expensive in material and time!

On some products we are either able to include postage and packing or we have special promotions which offer it free. Otherwise the post and packaging charges are: £9.95 up to £20£7.95 up to £70, £5.95 up to £100, FREE for £100 and over

Once you place your order you will be able to specify your delivery or collection date (Tuesday to Friday). If you order before 12 midday you can receive your order the following day or collect from our depot in Telford. We do not deliver Saturday, Sunday or Monday. We do not deliver on bank holidays or weekends, if you order after 12pm on Thursday you will receive your item on a Tuesday. If you are not going to be in upon your delivery you will need to put your special delivery requirements in the ‘delivery instructions’ box when checking out e.g. Leave behind the back of the house.

Like most mail order companies, deliveries are made by a third party courier company. They are usually made between 8am-5.30pm. Once your order leaves us it is scanned by the courier company. This generates an email to you which will state the delivery date, consignment number and a 2 hour delivery slot within which your order will be delivered.

Because of the nature of our deliveries, there are some parts of the country that we are regrettably unable to deliver to at our published rates. These are:

  • The Isle of Man
  • The Channel Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands i.e. PH15 upwards, AB, IV, KW, HS, PA15, DO
